As with all of our services, we’ll take care of things for you. All you need to do is contact us and we’ll be in touch to arrange a free initial consultation and no-obligation quote. If you’d like to continue after that, we’ll carry out a money-laundering check and send you engagement documents to be signed electronically. From there, you can look forward to our full service and support.
Quite simply, yes, We’ll write to your current accountant during the sign-up process to obtain professional clearance and any historical information to give us a clear understanding of your requirements.

Our services are delivered online, and we work with clients all over the UK, so it may not be feasible to meet in person. But face-to-face contact is critical to giving you the best possible service, so we use multiple video conferencing platforms to hold virtual meetings and regular one-to-ones.
Communication is a cornerstone of our service: that’s why we make a commitment to respond to any queries or requests within 24 hours. And if you have a dedicated account manager, we’ll always make sure expert cover is in place when they’re away.
In most cases, a company director needs to produce a Self-Assessment return. If this is something you’re happy to doing yourself, we can discount part of the initial quote.
A good working relationship is built on communication, so we always encourage clients to speak to us regularly, and ongoing queries and support are covered in your monthly fee. If you need a make a major change or increase to the scope of work, we can quote for a one-off project or recommend one of the many specialist partners we work with.
That’s no problem. If you’re VAT registered, we’ll carry out an initial check to make sure your software is ‘Making Tax Digital’ compliant. If not, we’ll advise moving to an alternative solution that is compliant or help with bridging software that keeps you compliant.
While Xero is our chosen technology, we understand that you may prefer something else. Again, that’s no problem. Our team also specialises in cloud packages including Quickbooks, Freeagent and MYOB. Whatever your choice, the software will never to a barrier to working together – we’ll fit our services around you.
Absolutely not. We will never charge for any initial discussions or quotations. We may even offer you free advice during this process, without any obligation to do anything further. We’d much rather give you our time in those early stages to build a long-term relationship with you, and work together towards your goals.
